Typography plays a major role in Golden Outlook’s identity. These font families were carefully chosen to help communicate the company’s personality, and its consistent use for print and web application is critical, as prescribed below.

Provicali

Provicali is a sans-serif typeface designed and published by British design studio Chequered Ink in 2019. With its clear lines and bold weight, it is well0suited for professional, eye-catching texts legible across media. For Golden Outlook materials, Provicali is used for headlines

Montserrat

Montserrat is a geometric, sans-serif typeface designed by Argentine graphic designer Juliana Ulanovsky in 2011. It has risen to notability for its high level of readability, ease of scaling and versatility, making it well-suited for a variety of platforms and media, both print and visual. It is the primary font used for copy in Golden Outlook materials.

For Medicare-related materials, the minimum font size for Montserrat is 11pt, equivalent to Medicare 12pt Times New Roman.

Substitute Typeface

Arial

Arial is the preferred system font for word processing and/or applications where Provicali/Montserrat may not be available.

The minimum font size for Arial in Medicare-related materials is 11pt, equivalent to Medicare 12pt Times New Roman.

The substitute for Provicali should be Arial Black and the substitute for Montserrat should be Arial Regular and Bold.

This includes all word processing documents (e.g., Microsoft Word), spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and on-screen presentations (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint and web publications).
